Theme: Grounding- With a warm, balsamic aroma, the scent of Cedarwood can help create a calming and comforting atmosphere when diffused. For aromatic or topical use. Diffuse, inhale, or add to bath water. Apply to crown of head, back of neck, behind ears or inside wrists. Ceadarwood can promote restful sleep and is used for balancing, relaxing & mental focus. Ceadarwood is a great oil for May as we are almost out of school & days are getting longer and we are trying to stay focused.
The 7 Chakras are the energy centers in our body in which energy flows through. The word ‘chakra’ is derived from the sanskrit word meaning ‘wheel’. Literally translated from the Hindi it means ‘Wheel of spinning Energy’. A chakra is like a whirling, vortex like, powerhouse of energy.
